At SENBOX, we have always believed that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and feel safe. Over the years, we have supported some of the most complex and high-risk educational cases — including students who struggled in mainstream schools, specialist environments, and even medical settings.
Rather than rejecting difficult situations, our team adapted. We modified lessons, created secure and structured learning environments, implemented evidence-based intervention systems, and built individualized support strategies around each learner. Many of these students arrived after repeated failure experiences elsewhere. Through intensive teamwork, monitoring, and specialized planning, we were able to help them re-engage with learning and daily life.
We understand that developmental delays and learning gaps can sometimes be unavoidable. However, what matters most is whether measurable progress is taking place.
One of our strongest achievements is that every learner at SENBOX demonstrates progress within a three-month period. In some cases, improvement occurs across all learning domains; in others, growth is seen in several major developmental areas.
What makes this different is that we do not rely on assumptions or vague promises. We collect evidence, monitor outcomes, track intervention strategies, and review progress continuously through our systems and professional supervision process. Families are able to see real developmental changes supported by documentation and data.
A major goal of intervention is not simply to manage behaviour or provide temporary support. The long-term objective is to help students participate meaningfully in education and society.
Several SENBOX students have successfully transitioned into inclusive school environments after receiving structured intervention and support. These transitions required careful preparation, collaboration with schools and families, behavioural planning, communication systems, teacher guidance, and gradual adaptation processes.
Many of these students were previously considered “too difficult” for mainstream settings. Through case management, monitoring, and individualized planning, they were able to participate more independently and successfully in school environments.
Our mission has never been limited to supporting children alone. Over the past six years, SENBOX has also invested heavily in developing professionals working in special and inclusive education.
We have trained and supported more than 200 teachers through practical mentorship, evidence-based strategies, classroom systems, adapted teaching tools, and real case experience.
This is important because successful inclusion cannot depend on one individual person. Sustainable outcomes require trained teams, proper supervision, and professional development. By strengthening teachers, we strengthen the long-term support systems available to children and families across Vietnam and internationally.
SENBOX has developed one of the largest ranges of adapted educational materials, intervention tools, and support systems within our field. Our framework includes thousands of learning resources, communication systems, visual supports, intervention activities, behaviour systems, and digital management tools designed specifically for special and inclusive education.
This commitment to quality and innovation has been recognized through multiple educational awards and professional recognition over the years. However, for us, the greatest achievement is not the awards themselves — it is knowing that these systems allow teachers, schools, and families to provide safer, more structured, and more effective support for children who need it most.
