SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER

Location: SENBOX Learning Centre – District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
We are looking for passionate and dedicated teachers to join our growing team. SENBOX Teachers are responsible for delivering individualised instruction to students with special education needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), intellectual and developmental disabilities, and communication or behavioural challenges.

Monthly Salary: 9.500.000 vnd
You can take part in 6 hours of training each Saturday from 9:00-17:00, each worth 100.000 per hour. + PD Value of 2.500.000 vnd monthly.
TOTAL MONTHLY BENEFIT: = 12.000.000 vnd total / monthly.
* Certificate is given after 3 months of completion.
JOB DESCRIPTION
📌 Intervention for children with special needs (developmental delays, language disorders, autism, speech delays, hyperactivity...).
📌 Update and discuss student strategies, progress, and issues with foreign experts.
📌 Work in a classroom ratio of 2:4 (2 teachers: 4 students).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
🎯 Major: Psychology, Social Work, Educational Management, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, etc.

Welcome to SENBOX – Candidate Onboarding Process
Begin your journey of becoming a professional in supporting children.
Step 1: Interview & Zalo
An interview is conducted, and communication continues via Zalo.
Step 2: Visit & Feedback
You will be invited to visit SENBOX and receive feedback on your suitability.
Step 3: Email with Offer
If successful, you will receive an official offer via email.
Step 4: Respond & Set a Start Date
You confirm your acceptance and propose a start date.
Step 5: Sign Documents & Read the Guide
You will sign the necessary documents and read the onboarding guide.
Our center operates from 8:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
On Saturdays, professional development sessions take place from 9:00 to 17:00.
Sundays are always off.
Teachers are not required to work after 17:00, but optional extra projects or classes may be available for additional income.
Step 6: Get Assigned to a Class & Begin 2 Months of Probation Time
You begin working under a probationary period.
Step 7: Start PD Training
Professional development sessions will begin during this period.
On your first day, you will complete a self-evaluation to check your knowledge and prepare for entering the PD program.
Step 8: After 1 Month, Meet with the Edu Team to Review (KPI)
A performance review is conducted after the first month.
Step 9: After 2 Months – End of Probation
Your probation period ends with a final review.
Step 10: Sign a 2-Year Employment Contract + Social Insurance
You will sign a formal employment contract and begin social insurance.
Step 11: Define Your Role: Assisting Teacher, 1:1 Teacher, or Class Teacher
Your role will be defined clearly based on your strengths and assignment.
Step 12: Meet Every 6 Months for KPI Review
Regular performance reviews ensure continuous growth.
